Community Signs: Call Today! Don’t Delay!

Many communities in our area have special requirements. We are able to produce these customized community signs.

Southern Hills, Sterling Hill, Sugar Mill Woods, and Glen Lakes/Pristine Place are just some of the communities in our local area that require a customized sign when a house is for sale or for rent. Signs by Connie does not make up these specifications, but we will gladly help our realtors and home owners get their specialized signs for their vital listings.

Many realtors don’t know the specs unless they call. Avalon and Southern Hills require signs made of wood mounted on a wooden post. Both signs are required to be in the community colors. The cost for these 18″ x 24″ signs on a post is $75 or $125 installed.

Sterling Hill, Pristine Place, and Glen Lakes also have color requirements. Sterling Hill requires a grey background sign with black lettering. The required size is 12″ x 12.” The sign can be on corrugated plastic or aluminum composite. Glen Lakes and Pristine Place have the same specification. They both require a green background 12″ and 12″ sign with white lettering.

The Sugar Mill Woods community does not require specific colors, just a specific size. The sign is to be 6″ x 8.” Many realtors opt to have their regular signs “shrunk” to meet the requirement. Keep in mind when ordering that we do have a $25 minimum to place an order.
