Many communities in our area have special requirements. We are able to produce these customized community signs.

The Avalon, Southern Hills, Glen Lakes, and Sterling Hill are just some of the communities in our local area that require a customized sign when a house is for sale or for rent. Signs by Connie does not make up these specs, but we will gladly help our realtors get their specialized signs for their vital listings.

Many realtors don’t know the specs unless they call. Avalon and Southern Hills require signs made of wood mounted on a wooden post. Both signs are required to be in the community colors.

Sterling Hill and Glen Lakes also have color requirements. Sterling in is a grey sign with black lettering. The required size is 12″ x 12.” The sign can be on corrugated plastic or aluminum. Glen Lakes require a green 12″ and 12″ sign with white lettering.

Some other communities that have special size or color requirements are: Sugar Mill Woods, Brookridge, Springridge, and Beacon Woods to name a few.
