Reinvent, Revitalize, Re-energize Your HOA

Many of our Hernando County communities are HOAs (home owner’s associations) or deed restricted communities. These amazingly popular places to live often have signs at their gates or fences that let you know you are entering the community. Some of the communities even name the different neighborhoods in the community. Over time these signs wear out. Is it time for your HOA or community to update their signs?

Sven Hills HOA recently contracted with Signs by Connie to update the signs at their various entrances. Many of these signs can be seen from the road as you drive down Mariner Blvd.

Seven Hills main entrance sign was cut to an oval shape. Two signs were mounted to the entrances on both sides of Mariner Blvd.

Various neighborhoods in the community got an updated look. Some signs were installed on fencing and others on the entrance walls. All signs were shaped to the desire of the customer.

When our customers order signs, they want them to last, so Seven Hills even got some reminder signs to “stay off.”

In addition to the neighborhood, the golfers club at Seven Hills, which is under new management, also got an updated look that corresponds to the rest of the community.
